III.V. Sustainability

Sustainability of projects focused on reforestation is crucial point of solution. Trees usually need long time to be tall and strong enough to be safe against all threats like climate events, grazing and anthropogenic pressure. Our project aims on set of measures that should ensure the sustainable management of community forests with occurrence of target tree species. The basic rule is that all equipment purchased from the project was handed over to the ownership of local communities who can repeatedly use it for trees protection in silvo-pastoral system of community forests.
